High Strength – Coated 1 side (1″)

BP ESGARD High Strength – Coated 1 side (1″) insulating panels are composed of interlocking wood fibres impregnated with a water-repellent petroleum wax emulsion that imparts a high resistance to water absorption. These panels are coated on one side.

BP ESGARD Roof Insulating panels have very good insulation properties. These products increase the rigidity and strength of the roof system. They provide an excellent substrate for the roofing membranes and it is an ideal surface for the application of hot asphalt.

These High Strength ESGARD insulating panels have the transverse load at rupture and superior compressive strength that meet CAN ULC-S706 Type II Classe 2 and ASTM C-208 Type II Grade 2 Standards.
