Job Summary :

The Sales Administration department is responsible for the administration and financial impacts of all pricing-related matters in Canada, the United States and abroad. Working closely with Finance, Sales and Marketing, his primary functions are the maintenance and execution of the terms and conditions of customer contracts which involve the processing of pricing, rebates, year- ends and transactions. other credits. He is also responsible for ensuring that the company’s pricing policies and best pricing practices are followed. The group also provides analysis and M.I.S. support. to shareholders within the company.

Responsibilities and tasks :

  • Schedule and analyze price changes and commercial agreements;
  • Administer the implementation of specials, promotions and other transaction prices;
  • Maintain and validate prices, discounts and discounts of agreements and promotions;
  • Review and resolve all pricing conflicts;
  • Payrebates, end-of-year deductions and other monthly, annual or any other critical period;
  • Balance/check end-of-month and year-end discounts, prepare credit requests and enter them into summary reports;
  • Provide analytical support to finance, warranties, sales and marketing.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • DEC in administration / accounting (Baccalaureate or Certificate is an asset);
  • Must be bilingual (write, speak);
  • Meticulous, Organized, Analytical mind, resourceful, able to solve problems and make recommendations.
  • Mathematical skills, Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel, must be very comfortable with the Microsoft Office environment, knowledge of CIS and DSS software (asset);
  • High level of integrity and rigor in the execution of tasks and works very well under pressure with tight deadlines;
  • Dedicated and autonomous, uses common sense to resolve problems and work with minimal supervision;
  • Team player and easy to communicate.
